1. Lý thuyết trọng tâm về thì hiện tại tiếp diễn lớp 7

Trước khi bắt tay vào làm bài tập các bạn hãy review nhanh về công thức, cách dùng và dấu hiệu nhận biết của Thì hiện tại tiếp diễn nhé.

1.1. Công thức thì hiện tại tiếp diễn

• Khẳng định: S + am/is/are + V-ing
• Phủ định: S + am/is/are + not + V-ing
• Nghi vấn: Am/Is/Are + S+ V-ing?

Ví dụ:

• I am writing an email. (Tôi đang viết email.)
• She is not watching TV. (Cô ấy không đang xem TV.)
• Are you working on the project? (Bạn có đang làm dự án không?)

1.2. Cách dùng thì hiện tại tiếp diễn

• Diễn tả hành động đang diễn ra ngay tại thời điểm nói:

Ví dụ: I am reading a book. (Tôi đang đọc sách.)

• Diễn tả hành động đang diễn ra trong khoảng thời gian hiện tại nhưng không nhất thiết phải xảy ra ngay lúc nói:

Ví dụ: She is studying for her exams these days. (Cô ấy đang học ôn thi những ngày này.)

• Diễn tả một hành động sẽ xảy ra trong tương lai gần, đặc biệt là khi có kế hoạch hoặc dự định rõ ràng:

Ví dụ: We are meeting him tomorrow. (Chúng tôi sẽ gặp anh ấy vào ngày mai.)

• Diễn tả sự thay đổi hoặc phát triển của một hành động, sự việc trong hiện tại:

Ví dụ: The weather is getting colder. (Thời tiết đang trở nên lạnh hơn.)

1.3. Dấu hiệu nhận biết thì hiện tại tiếp diễn

Các trạng từ chỉ thời gian thường đi kèm với thì hiện tại tiếp diễn:

• now (bây giờ) / right now (ngay bây giờ)

Ví dụ: They are playing soccer now. (Họ đang chơi bóng đá bây giờ.)

• at the moment (ngay lúc này)

Ví dụ: He is talking to his friend at the moment. (Anh ấy đang nói chuyện với bạn của anh ấy ngay lúc này.)

• these days (những ngày này)

Ví dụ: I am learning French these days. (Tôi đang học tiếng Pháp những ngày này.)

• this week/month/year (tuần này/tháng này/năm nay)

Ví dụ: They are traveling a lot this month. (Họ đang đi du lịch nhiều trong tháng này.)

• Look! (Nhìn kìa!) / Listen! (Lắng nghe!) / Watch out! (Coi chừng!)

Ví dụ: Listen! Someone is playing piano outside. (Nghe này! Có ai đó đang chơi piano ở bên ngoài.)

2. Những lưu ý quan trọng khi làm bài tập thì hiện tại tiếp diễn

Khi làm bài tập thì hiện tại tiếp diễn lớp 7, bạn cần chú ý đến 3 lỗi sai cơ bản sau:

• Lỗi quên To be / V-ing

Rất nhiều người học khi chia động từ ở thì hiện tại tiếp diễn quên thêm To be trước động từ hoặc quên thêm đuôi -ing sau động từ.

Vì vậy, khi làm bài tập thì hiện tại tiếp diễn lớp 7, bạn cần kiểm tra xem mình có đang bỏ sót bất kỳ thành phần nào của câu không nhé.

• Nhầm lẫn thì hiện tại tiếp diễn với thì hiện tại đơn

Một trong những cách dùng của thì hiện tại tiếp diễn là nói về việc bạn không thường làm trong khi mọi ngày bạn đã quen làm một việc gì đó (khác với thì hiện tại đơn).

Ví dụ: He usually goes to the gym in the morning, but today he is running in the park. (Anh ấy thường đi đến phòng tập vào buổi sáng, nhưng hôm nay anh ấy đang chạy trong công viên.)

• Nhầm lẫn thì hiện tại tiếp diễn với thì tương lai đơn

Thì hiện tại tiếp diễn dùng để nói về hành động sẽ xảy ra trong tương lai nhưng đã được lên kế hoạch từ trước. Trong khi đó thì tương lai đơn được dùng diễn tả hành động trong tương lai nhưng không có kế hoạch trước.

Ví dụ:

• She’s going to Hanoi this weekend. (Cô ấy sẽ đi Hà Nội cuối tuần này.) → đã lên kế hoạch trước.
• Look! The woman is crying. I’ll give her a tissue. (Nhìn kìa! Người phụ nữ kia đang khóc. Tôi sẽ đưa cho cô ấy khăn giấy.) → không lên kế hoạch trước.
